Bugünün geleceği olarak görülen Akıllı Şehirlerin sayısının 2040 yılına kadar 10.000’e ulaşacağı tahmin edilmektedir. Günümüzde dijitalleşmeyi her alanda mümkün kılan teknolojik gelişmeler nesnelerin interneti, arttırılmış gerçeklik, bulut uygulamaları, yapay zekâ, veri bilimi, akıllı giysiler, büyük data gibi birçok uygulamayı da yapı sektörüne kazandırmıştır. Kent ölçeğinde dijitalleşme seviyesine gelen teknoloji ile dünyada ilk Akıllı Şehir uygulamalarına da tanık olmaktayız.

Kentlerin ve yapıların dijital ikizini çıkarmak ve Akıllı Şehirler kurmak amacıyla yapılara ve konumlarına ait her türlü nitel ve nicel bilgiyi ilişkilendiren ve analiz eden iki teknolojiyi; Yapı Bilgi Modellemesini (BIM) ve Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerini (GIS) 08 Şubat 2022 tarihinde konuşacağız. Kamuda gerçekleştirilen çalışmaları, mülkiyet ve hukuki boyutunu, akademide yaşanan gelişmeleri özel sektörden temsilcilerle beraber Türkiye ve dünya uygulamaları ile konuşacağımız etkinliğimiz, İlbank Sosyal Tesislerinde ve internet canlı yayınında iki ayrı oturumda gerçekleşecektir.

He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Vocational School of Land Registry and Cadastre in 1990, and Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1998. He completed his Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and Valuation at Ankara University in 2018.</p><p>He started to work at the Institution in 1988. He worked as Assistant Land Registry Manager in 1995-2007, Land Registry Manager in 2007-2009, Land Registry and Cadastre World Bank Modernization Project Real Estate Appraisal Component Project Manager in 2012-2013, and Land Registry and Cadastre Information Systems Software and Training Branch Manager in 2009-2019. He has participated in seminars and courses in many corporate fields as an educator and participant.</p><p>He has been involved in corporate activities as a Chief and Internal Auditor since 2009, with the Qms Lead Auditor Lead Auditor certificate.</p><p>He was appointed as the Head of Information Technologies Department of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre with the Ministry's Approval dated 11.03.2020.</p><p>Cevdet Ekmel HATİPOĞLU is married and has two children.<br></p>
