Cevahir Proje Mimarlık | BIM Specialist Job Openings

As Cevahir Proje Mimarlık, we are expanding our BIM team for our upcoming large-scale projects to be managed from our Head Office.

We are looking for experienced BIM Specialists with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience across four disciplines: Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

BIM Specialist – Architect

Job Description

• Manage architectural design and project development processes in accordance with BIM standards and project requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support the resolution of interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Prepare construction drawings, details, and project documentation directly from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Proven experience in BIM processes for large-scale and multidisciplinary projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, model management, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Experience in detailed design, construction documentation, and technical detailing.

BIM Specialist – Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Model and develop electrical systems, including power and low-current systems, within a BIM environment.
• Model cable trays, lighting, power distribution, data, fire alarm, and other electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical BIM models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and manage the resolution of coordination issues.
• Implement design revisions and changes within the BIM model.
• Support model-based quantity take-off, construction, and as-built documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Experience in electrical system design, BIM modelling, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection processes.
• Knowledge of electrical construction drawings, technical specifications, and relevant industry standards.

BIM Specialist – Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

• Model HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and other mechanical systems within the BIM environment.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support the resolution of multidisciplinary coordination issues.
• Create, develop, and maintain Revit Families for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Incorporate design revisions and updates into BIM models.
• Support construction documentation, quantity take-off, and as-built modelling processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Experience in mechanical systems design, construction, and BIM processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination/clash detection tools.
• Experience in mechanical construction drawings, detailed design, and installation processes.

BIM Specialist – Civil Engineer

Job Description

• Model reinforced concrete and structural steel elements in accordance with BIM standards.
• Develop and maintain structural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform interdisciplinary clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Review concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and structural steel quantities based on BIM models.
• Support the preparation and coordination of structural construction drawings and details through BIM models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Experience in BIM processes for reinforced concrete and/or structural steel projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and multidisciplinary BIM coordination processes.
• Strong ability to read structural drawings, prepare structural details, and understand construction materials and methods.
