Event and Operations Coordinator

BIM4TURKEY is a platform operating under the Building Information Modeling and Management Association. We aim to facilitate the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and management into Turkey’s construction sector, education system, and public institutions.

We are looking for a new Event and Operations Coordinator to join our Istanbul-based office team—someone who can manage our event processes, take on operational responsibilities, and support financial tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Support partnership and sponsorship processes
  • Prepare event communication materials and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage post-event reporting and evaluation processes
  • Assist with financial document and budget tracking
  • Handle operational tasks related to basic accounting processes


Qualifications

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Preferably a graduate in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, Architecture, or Interior Architecture
  • Experienced in event planning and coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Knowledgeable about basic finance and accounting processes
  • Energetic, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Creative, solution-focused, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up
  • Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate
