GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an International Projects Manager who will take part in international projects and coordinate the design, construction, and operation phases of real estate development processes. This position will be primarily responsible for our projects in the United Kingdom, ensuring the progress of relevant processes and aligning them with project goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the integrated management of design, construction, and operation processes,
  • Monitoring the progress of our projects in the UK and ensuring coordination with relevant teams,
  • Establishing and managing effective communication with local and international stakeholders throughout project phases,
  • Being knowledgeable about project permitting processes, technical regulations, and legal requirements, and managing these processes effectively,
  • Ensuring compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards,
  • Collaborating with experienced teams in international projects and managing processes efficiently.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site management and development within international real estate projects,
  • Strong knowledge of design, construction, and operation processes,
  • High level of technical expertise with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Preferably familiar with project processes and regulations in the United Kingdom,
  • Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong coordination and communication skills,
  • No travel restrictions and ability to adapt to flexible working conditions.
