Territory Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Development Executive to help develop and expand our business in Türkiye through our channel partners to meet/exceed financial and business objectives.

This position reports to the Country Manager and will closely collaborate with the Field Sales, Inside Sales, License Compliance, Channel Management, and Autodesk Channel Partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory, primarily targeting the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Build, maintain, and grow the opportunity pipeline within accounts, using call planning to drive business results and continuously elevate Autodesk from a vendor to a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with Autodesk sales teams, technical sales, customer success teams, and channel partners to develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts.
  • Assess customer profiles and determine key steps to execute account plans effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
  • Navigate all levels within organizations to secure sponsorship, including C-Level executives, when necessary.
  • Possess financial acumen, skilled in ROI-based sales methodologies, value selling, and positioning business value.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and calendar management skills.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy, ensuring timely and precise sales forecasting.
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, setting the right expectations, and providing an optimal experience.
  • Participate in Autodesk events and conferences to represent the company and expand business networks.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in new business development and end-customer account management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market development and growth.
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Sales logging applications (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
